Test installations
2nd installation on same domain for testing Is it possible (whether an additional license is necessary or not) to install a 2nd copy of WSN links on a single domain for testing purposes only?
There are some features of the new 4.1 version that I would like to use, but I do not want to upgrade my public site until I've worked out all the bugs and/or made corrections to any template changes that are necessary. I do know that I can install XAMPP to test changes locally, but I would like to be able to test changes in the same enviro...

trader feedback
comments Paul,
Some comments on Trader Rating Feedback:
- Member shall not post to his own trader feedback.
- When a non-logged user post a feedback the From column indicates as a feedback being posted by the owner of the link. Shall say something like 'visitor'.
- When selecting 'Left For Others' feedback, the column 'From' shall present the 'For'.
- It could be convenient to have a link from feedback to link owner guestbook, in order to see the communications with...

CSS Problem?
Box not positioned Hi,
I want to position the box (the small submit box on the right) on these pages http://www.accommodation-uk.net/wsn/aberdeenshire/ the same as it is positioned on the index page (ie, top righ instead of bottom right) I can't seem to do this. More to the point I don't know how it got there as none of my other sites with this script have that box positioned at the bottom . Is this a small mistake in that version or have I inadvertantly messed up something somewhere?
Thanks...

Sitemap error according to goolge
Hi Paul,
Im getting site map warnings in Google webmaster's tool section the link is https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/siteoverview?hl=en
I get this error with both of my sites running wsnlinks so if you submit to google via sitemap you will probably get the same warnings. Im not sure if this issue was corrected in the newer version of wsnlinks and if these warnings are significant at all.
Below is what you will see if you keep clicking the warning link on google :

htmlcron.php
Comments Paul,
Using htmlcron.php to generate HTML, is there a way to exclude comments from being generated. I have turned off comments in switches, however comments HTML is being generated.

Switches
Paul,
I created a switch but it is not showing up on the liist of switches. Why is that. I have created about five switches afterwards and they are all there. I know it exists as it shows up on the list of fields.
How can I get it on the list so I can use it?

Links show up as numbers, why?
For some reason my links are showing up in a weird format.
Let's pretend I submitted the link yahoo.com to my directory.
Instead of showing as yahoo.com, the link shows up like this:
http://mydomainname.com/links/1/
Why doesn't it just list the proper url instead of doing this redirect?
Is there a setting I have to change somewhere?
I have the rewrite stuff turned on in the SEO section.
Thanks

Links in emails not working
links in emails are saying no such content exists When clicking on the links in the email notifications, I am being taken to a page that says "No such content exists. The link you are following seems to have been incorrect." I do not know how many email notifications are being affected but I am seeing it in both the New Link and Link Edited notifications. The problem seems to be with the ampersand html code within the link url. For example, in the email, it appears like this:
http://www.site.com/wsnlinks/index.php?action=displaycat&...

Upgrade error 4.0.32 to 4.1.3
Sooo, after backing up my old templates I uploaded everything, overwriting all files for a clean start (except for config.php, of course). Visiting upgrade.php gave me these errors:

That link already exists...
Trying to suggest a new link with the following URL:
http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-2627740-10472363
However the system is telling me that url already exists, however if I do a search for links where url contains the above, it certainly doesn't.
I'm using Commission Junction to add affiliates and this is the sort of URL they generate.
Thanks,
Nigel

You have 1221 items awaiting validation.
This probably is more of a "would like" than a bug.
However if a user under phpBB isn't activated, they show up items awaiting validation under wsnlinks. If using integration, can you remove the validation of users since this should probably all be handled through phpBB, and I don't really need to see 1000+ members listed in the items to be validated section.
Thanks,
Nigel

Forbidden Message
Just created a switch, this did not show up on the switches list. It then said it could not find some sort of template and now I get this message when I try and access any of the admin area -
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Can you help ASAP Paul?
