How do I get 3 columns?

I just installed the directory script and would like to know how I get 3 columns... by default theres only 2 and Im not sure how to get a right and left column and how to put my ads or banners in either side.

Any help would be great. thnx

If you mean three columns of listings or categories per row, go to Admin Panel -> Settings -> General -> "Number of columns per row:"
