I successfully cloned and upgraded my directory to 5.1.1 - or at least it looks pretty promising so far :-)

One problem though: can't submit or edit links. The script is working and working on it and after a LONG while I get an Internal Server Error. Categories are working fine though. However deleting links works fine.

And in the templates I found this tag: <IF {CATCANSUBMITBULK}> In the manual it says that in WSN Gallery this can be turned on/off in the switches, but I just can't find it in WSN Links. Am I blind?

Delays followed by an error on submit/edit link normally mean thousands of categories on a site using the regular category selector... in that case, Admin -> Settings -> Switches -> check the level-based selector, and Admin -> Settings -> Categories -> set the number of levels in the regular selector to 1 or 2.

If it's something else, I need at least a URL to get an idea.

The bulk page isn't in WSN Links at this time, just in gallery, it's in the templates so that (a) I don't have to maintain separate templates (b) there's one less template change to make in the future when I someday add a bulk submit in the other scripts.

nope, category selector is off, I'm using the level-based selector only. Adding or editing categories isn't a problem though, and the same settings weren't a problem in 5.0 either. The clone is here: http://link-lounge.com/thelinks

http://link-lounge.com/thelinks/suggest.php?action=addlink takes a second to load and doesn't show any errors, so please explain what I should be looking for.

no no, the page loads fine, but when I try to submit or edit a link - after hitting "submit" it loads forever and then gives me the error

That's probably one the of URL-grabbing functions getting stuck on a slow site then. Try turning off these switches: rss submissions, verify reciprocal link on submit, google maps... one of those is probably slow.

Then I'd need access to say anything useful.

Fixed the integration with 5.1.3 so I logged in and added you. Already sent you an email with a login. As I said, adding categories works fine, so does adding links through the admin/bulk add links, but I can't add links through the front end.

This was a problem with processing a couple of tweaks values, fixed for 5.1.4.
