Upon trying to click on someone's comment (from their profile):

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/dw/public_html/wsngallery/classes/database.php on line 72

WSN Gallery is unable to render this page. The reason is described below:
No such content exists. The link you are following seems to have been incorrect.
Version info: WSN Gallery 2.20
If you are not the administrator of this site, please report this error to the administrator.

the link is:
http://www.mydomain.com/wsngallery/comments.php?id={POSTLINKID}={POSTID}#post{POSTID}

I guess those aren't set correctly or something, as that's how they're shown in the URL bar.

Apparently lost capability for thumbnails of video files.

Can't delete comments. I get:
Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/dw/public_html/wsngallery/classes/database.php on line 72

Also: after comment/link intergration, on search results of comments, probably a good idea to just have a link to the image, instead of:
Associated Image: 100_2110 (which links to link.php)
Thread: Comments on 100_2110

After comment/detail integration, "Previous" and "Next" image doesn't work... deleting action=detail& from the respective URL makes it work, for me.

It's kind of hard to remove something that isn't there. Every text editor I have says there's no "action=detail" in that template.

As for everything else, fix will be uploaded in a few hours.

What file do I have to re-upload to get the deletion of comments working again?

You posted an un-numbered jumble, so I thought that was part of your previous bit about the {POST in profile. I see it's the same sort of thing though, another template (editcomments.tpl) where {POST needs to be changed to {COMMENT.

Thanks.

Other bug: on generating toplists, it puts a \ after every ", so toplist doesn't actually work.

Also, I'm getting "Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/dw/public_html/wsngallery/classes/database.php on line 86" ...in every page I go to. I figure it's something to do with my wrapper -- any ideas? smiling face Edit: <--- this error magically seems to have disappeared.

Furthermore, upon trying to resolve a host name:
Warning: main(end.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dw/public_html/wsngallery/admin/searchips.php on line 99

Warning: main(end.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dw/public_html/wsngallery/admin/searchips.php on line 99

Fixed toplist generator.

As for your mysql warning, I've probably told you a million times by now that there's no point in posting without the debug output (unless you have a method to reproduce).

FTP import still doesn't work and gives useless image entries (so I have another big bunch of them now). Did you mean to imply that anything other than tarupload.php should be uploaded?

I don't imagine anything else would've changed, but I always mean everything if I say to reupload. Though I can't find where I said anything about FTP import, I don't see any discussion of that, so I'm not sure what you're trying to reference.

Told you on IM, remember? It was all busted; you recommended me doing an upgrade.php which fixed it then, but isn't fixing it now. sad

I remember saying something about only the tar upload being fixed and not the FTP import, and telling you to post something or other on the forum which I don't think was ever posted.

Never told me to post anything, but said you'd "sort it later" and in the meantime I should do the upgrade.php and avoid ftp/tar uploads. I presumed it was fixed, so I uploaded the new tarupload.php file, did an ftp import, but find it isn't. It's mucked up the gallery quite a bit now. :S

I just wasted a couple minutes testing, and it works perfectly.

I vaguely remember that you were doing some sort of unusual combination that made it not easily reproducable, and that that's what I told you to post.

Nope.
1. Upload by ftp to attachments/
2. Import via FTP
3. See that it didn't succeed -- maybe regenerate counters. No success.
4. Try upgrade.php -- no success.

Step #3 actually consists of observing that it works perfectly. Since you can't give me a procedure which shows there being a problem, I can't help.

The more bugs I find the more frustrating and annoying this becomes. I noticed that in the upgrade some entries were mucked up (picture not showing, not seeming to exist), but I thought this only happened in my album.

I check into some other categories that I hadn't seen before, and all pictures in there seem to be... gone. They don't even appear to be in attachments/ anymore. This is seriously annoying. I hardly expect a zillion percent reliability/stability, but this is, well, hard to deal with. Pictures seem to be lost that people spent a long time uploading. What is happening? sad

With regard to the FTP, step 3 evidently does not consist of seeing it work perfectly. I can give you a perfect procedure displaying the problem; try it on the site; you have the details.

Edit: Well, I found a pattern in the disappearing of the pictures. All pictures uploaded manually (without import), have disappeared. Suprise suprise, that means the most important (and non-recovarable, unless I have a backup somewhere), have gone.
