4.0.40: - made htmlcron.php not generate comments pages when comments switched off - fixed flat-file import to correctly handle fields that have 'loc' in their names - made guestbook/usernotes work when comments are switched off - fixed numbering in rewrite mode

4.0.39: - front page category pagination fix - {CATURL} for front page subcategories, so that there are no excessive queries when doing url rewriting - fixed selector problems on incomplete message when editing a category - fixed detail/comments combo template to make next/previous links work (Gallery, KB) - changed search spaces requirement to target spaces on both sides instead of just one
