i have a field that when you input the data you use checkboxes and would like to add a feature in my advanced search to search that particular field. Here is how you input the data for this field Field name : Option 1 Option 2 Option 3 So if I wanted to add this field into my advanced search and would like the user to use the checkboxes to search the field how would this be done?

Searching with a one-value checkbox should work, but I don't think multi-value checkbox searches are going to work. Try in your search template though, within the form for the type of field it is (like, category, whatever), and see if it works. Edited by Paul on 10/23/04 - 12:40 PM

yes I guess Ill have to limit to one value check boxes, your example worked fine thanks.
