I'm running a community gallery website. First off i'd just like to say that I love WSN Gallery. The total customizability absolutely beats every other script i've tried so far, not to mention the price is ALOT better! I'm looking to purchase your script once i'm certain it can do everything I want it to.

My current problem right now is that i'm wondering how to allow members to upload videos. Aswell, assuming it can be done, what about things like thumbnails? I assume there would be no thumbnail with a video, so can you do something like replace non-image files with a default pre-defined image?

As of right now, even though I added video file extensions to be support under the Images and Files CP, when I try to upload an AVI it comes up with the error:
The file you were trying to upload did not work. Check that the extension of the file is allowed (allowed types are jpg, jpeg, gif, avi, mpeg, mpg) and that the file is not too large (maximum size is 2000000 bytes, 1024x768). sad

Also, assuming i've got the limited version setup here. If I purchase the full version, do I just put in the email into the validator and it will unlock all the extra options, or do I need to download/install a whole new version of the script?

Thanks,

You can do default thumbs for file types ( http://scripts.webmastersite.net/wsngallery/manua... ) but not actually grab a screenshot from within the movie.

Are you sure your AVI file is less than 2 MB?

The upgrade instructions for basic to full are at http://scripts.webmastersite.net/wsngallery/readme.txt (the upgrade is simple but you do need to upload the files).

Purchased Gallery from you. Going to do a fresh install now, but backed up all the hard work i've done with the templates. I've basically gutted and restructured everything to fit my site. I love being able to move things around rather than being refined to the pre-set themes of alot of the other gallery scripts out there. Keep up the great work! smiling face
