Do you have FTP info supplied at Admin -> Settings -> System? If not, are you sure you're on a server that's running PHP as CGI or has suExec?

anyway i have one error if i don't put all xxx.lng files in the directory languages instead of languages/setup/ like in the last version.

Try chmoding the directory to which wsn links is installed as to 777. It doesn't seem to get auto-set, gave me ftp errors on an autoupgrade today.

That's a bad idea. You only get an error if you have no language, which means you haven't installed or something went wrong on install due to permissions. In which case, upload one language to /languages/ just one initial time (not on upgrades) -- fullenglish.lng if you did a multilingual install -- not both of them.
