I am looking in default.ccs and there are few entries I dont know where are used in the templates:

postalternate

Yes, post and postauthor are ok.

However, I also found in default.css postalternate and postauthoralternate and I change the text size, color etc for these variables and nothing happened. So I was wondering where are they used.

It's supposed to be and used to be Post #1 and #3 are post, #2 and #4 are postalternate, etc. Oddly I don't see that on this forum though.
