Which template would i modify if i wanted to change how the advanced search results are displayed?

Also one of my custom fields uses check boxes for data... how would i incorporate this into my advanced search where it says :

Find all links where
the title ... ....
and the description ... ...

instead of picking a condition and inputing a search term i want the user to just check the boxes that they want to include into the advanced search. Hope that makes sense... thanks in advance

The search results templates for the appropriate type of search, naturally.

The other part I'll address in your other thread after I check if it's possible.
