It seems that only one member can rate a comment on the comment or on the guestbook page. I logged in as different users and it was not possible to rate a second time. Thanks Paul for create this software. :-)) |

It checks your IP address and doesn't allow more than one rating from the same IP address on a comment -- as well as not allowing more than one from the same user. So, this is intended behavior and not a bug. Try from a proxy server with a different account and you'll be able to vote again. |
