I am not able to access the customer download area, as I have in the past, using my password-username. This combo does work within the WSNLinks program to do updates. Forgot password says that there is no such username (email address) on file. Has something changed?

Please check at http://scripts.webmastersite.net/wsnlinks/members/ and try any email address you may have used. If none work, contact support with some possible domain names the email could've been under or the approximate time of your purchase (http://www.wsnlinks.com/support.html).

If your problem is only in the program and not on the site, it may be a bug in your version. The release notes listing fixes are at http://scripts.webmastersite.net/releasenotes50.php?format=html
