Okay this is probably eay to solve BUT I've spent a long time lloking in vain. I'm guessing a chmod error somewhere but of course help would be welcome as I've spent a long time looking....

The following 3 errors show (slightly edited for anonaminity) (v4.1.63):

Warning: opendir(/usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/templates/) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /home/public_html/forum/includes/filefunctions.php on line 634

Warning: closedir(): supplied argument is not a valid Directory resource in /home/public_html/forum/includes/filefunctions.php on line 650

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/public_html/forum/classes/settings.php on line 722

The display is interrupted whilst part of the page shows.

That'd be a wrong path to attachments directory issue. Admin -> Settings -> System.
