There is a glitch that prevents the import of flat text files. We have a large database that we attempted to convert to WSN links but were unable to get the old database to import correctly. Everything appeared to work correctly, but the category was not inserted into the MySQL database correctly. We eventually wrote our own import script to achieve the flat file import. I thought we were OK but went to add URLs and get repeated errors. The main problem was the lack of support, this software costs too much to be incomplete or incorrect with no help offered. |

This problem will be fixed in the next release. I was on a train all day without internet yesterday and have been very busy lately. Response times will be much better by the end of the month. |
