The generated HTML only shows up for the top level categories. Sub Categories do not have any index pages. Image detail pages are there though

Also I'm getting this error when I generate:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /path/to/classes/database.php on line 59

I guess you're the using subcategories as subdirectories option, but you haven't listed it?

The mysql errors are just cosmetic, due to your not using the custom templates and thus having many links in the templates that can't be translated to html pages.
