Someone accidentally deleted a category (plus all subcategories and there were a lot). It shows up when I search for "deleted categories". However I can't figure out how to undelete them. When I click on the "edit" link I am redirected to the "displaycat" page...
Help, please shocked

Fixed to find them properly on the edit link. Upload the attached to /includes/.

I uploaded the file you attached and now I'm getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method settingsdata::loadspecial() in /home/content/a/n/a/anaiso/html/downloads/includes/addeditfu ncs.php on line 2

I presumed you were on the current series, didn't notice it was 4.1.65. The 4.1 series, being a year and a half old, is on critical and security fixes only now... but here's a version of the file for 4.1:

Thanks a lot!

yeah, it's only 4.1.65. For this purpose the 5 series would be complete overkill grin
So, I uploaded the file, can edit the deleted category, BUT where it should say 'undelete category' (because it is already deleted) it says 'delete category'. I could try to delete it and then move all articles and subfolders somewhere else, but I'm actually a bit afraid that I might mess something up...

The text is just wrong. Clicking will undelete.
