Upon initial installation if you are having a problem with uploading images as well as receive a MySQL error on line 108 first go to your MYSQL database and add a field called 'ownerip' VARCHAR of 15. After that you may want to go into your main admin control panel menue for your gallery and under the maintenance section click Repair / Optimize and then select the repair tables option. After that then go back to your image upload page and delete each image. When all are deleted try uploading again. This worked for me.

Before I did this I received errors such when I uploaded an image it would not show up as a thumbnail nor woulf the pic upload. I also had one image duplicate itself as the other pic thumbnails and other times it threw up a red x broken image symbol. Taking the steps above cured all problems.
