Imagemagick works fine for creating thumbnails in the gallery. but i have to convert also eps to jpg´s. it works fine from the command line but it still don´t works in the gallery. ghostscript is also installed for testpurposes i´ve installed it on: Windows XP Home. i don´t get any errormessage. also when i start to convert in a standalone php script it works fine.. Has anyone an idea? Thanks for help in advance Werner

hy Paul, it seems that the jpg will not be generated...only the eps appears in the donwnload section. The page you posted doesn't appear related, and you're using the basic edition, which isn't supported.

Hi Paul again, now i have purchased WSN Gallery and i´ve still the same problem! When i upload an eps-file the thumbnail will not be generated when i do it in a testscript like: <?php require 'start.php' $make_magick = system("convert attachments//attachments//test//david.eps attachments//attachments//test/testdavid.jpg"); ?> i got the following output: %%[ ProductName: AFPL Ghostscript ]%% %%[Page: 1]%% %%[LastPage]%% and the jpg file will be generated! Any idea ? Which debug screen do you need ? Best regards Werner

In your test script you would need an absolute file path and shouldn't double the forward slashes.You say it works doing it directly from a shell without involving PHP? If from a shell convert /path/to/file.eps /path/to/file.jpg works, then <?php system("convert /path/to/file.eps /path/to/file.jpg"); ?> should necessarily work as well. I've never seen an eps file, so it would be useful if you could send me one to test.

Hello Paul, also with your script and with absolute path´s it´s working fine. but when i upload the file within wsngallery it won´t show the thumbnail and it will not generate the jpg file. Is there a posibillity to link the uploaded file to a jpg file which is generated "by hand" ? So it would be possible to make a wokrarround and fix the problem later on. Is it possible to send the attachment per mail becaus also when i Zip itit´s bigger then 1 MB (it´s 1.05MB Best regards Werner

Hi Paul, i´ve fixed my problem! i only have to make an update on the column filename in the database and so i can use the batchjob generated thumbs also for the eps file! Thanks for your help! Best regards Werner
