I would like to put some quotes the Quotes system that is at the bottom of the page but I cannot find any documentation on how to add quotes. I have turned it off in the switches admin until I can get info on how to do this. Thanks!

Once you switch it on you see the link at the bottom of the main index page to go to the quotes page, where you'll see an option to add a quote if your usergroup has permission. Check Admin->Members->Manage Usergroups to be sure you have permission to add quotes.
