Paul, Can you please advice : When using cache enabled, what is the procedure that is detected in order to send email confirmations, notifications, warnings ? and what is it in order to make the daily funds deductions when sponsorship is enabled ? When sendind mass emails to members, on what frequency can we expect them to be send ? Thanks.

The release notes for 4.1.0 say "- crons and emails no longer slowed by cache" so it's supposed to be the same as without the cache.
