Hi, I have enabled mod_rewrite. In The url's & is interpreted as 'ampersand'. Instead, I want it to be written as 'and'. How can I change the same? Thanks

You don't want that unless you're really sure that you're never going to type "and" in a title again, but it's in the SEO settings.
