Me again,

I cannot seem to change the "email_notifyuserbody: {LANG_EMAIL_NOTIFYUSERBODY}" so some html code will also be sent with the email.

I would like to use what is below in the email that gets sent to members once their site has been added to our data base but during testing it will only show...

Mini Button - 88x31

Micro Button - 80x15

and not

Mini Button - 88x31

Micro Button - 80x15

The code thats in there for the reciprocal link... {DIRURL}/in.php?id={LINKID} does bring up the correct unique linking code but I want to offer linking options with our button and micro button to link with but its not getting sent via email...

Thanks and really sorry for all the questions.... Hope to get some replies soon so I can get this set up...

You would have to be sending MIME emails for HTML to work. Do you have that set?

I tried it by setting that to MIME but the emails sent are scrambled so I cannot read them.

THere has to be a way to get this sent... right now I have that email set up with a URL to our buttons but that is just another step for the submitter to go through which means they may never put forth the effort so our micro buttons might not get used.

Please let me know what can be done to get this fixed.

Are you reading with a MIME-enabled client?

Hey Paul,

How can this work even if people dont have MIME enabled on their computer. I really need for this to happen so all emails that go out once I add their blogs to our data base to be able to have that little bit of code for their linking code as well as our buttons... The way it is now its not going to work so please let me know what type of fix can take care of this.

I had three people to login in and add a site to see what type of email they get and they all had the same email which the linking codes I am trying to bring up dont...

If four people tested this out and we dont have MIME Client then the chances are not many people do so how can I get this to work so no matter what setting they have even if they dont have MIME Client they can view the snippet of code I have the linking code in all outgoing emails once a site is added to our data base.

Thanks,
Paul

You obviously can't send HTML emails to people who can't/won't accept HTML email.
