I am not a programer but I kinda understand some of this stuff. I want to be able to put a selector on the register for membership form. I understand to make any mod to the form work the script has to be setup to use it.
I am not sure how to write even such a simple litle bit of code but I think it would go in register.php and would need to check for and set the memberlevel.
Use in the form could then be set as radio buttons, dropdown selector or even hidden fields in two different register.tpl.
For instance I have a site I wish to allow membership and webmaster levels of membership. I want to offer links to two different signup/membership description pages. Each would have a hidden field in the form to set member level.
Any help much appreciated.
