Is it remotely possible to mix link types, but say only 1 or 2 of them in a category?

As of right now I have the following setup.
Sponsors
Recip
Regular links

However I added writeups. Now I only want writeups to show on the main page in a top list. As well when I have more than say 5 its going to have a link that shows all writeups on a second page. Thats great because it saves me the effort of doing html by hand.

However in the categories I would like the regular links and writeups to be mixed up. I thought about doing a toplist, but wasn't sure how to call all regular links and provide mulipile pages if there are more than whatever I determine when the regular link type already provides it based on the scripts settings. Am I nuts or is there a work around.

You can separate sponosor links in your sponorship settings, while keeping all other link types mixed. You cannot do this with any other types, if there are non-sponsored links that you want not mixed then you have to select to not mix link types..
