No permission as an admin???

I have purchase way back WSN 2.26 for a client for uploading his house listings. Works great!!! We only have one ADMIN account. He recently asked me to add 2 more categories. So today I go to add the categories and I get this. You don't have permission to view the section of the site. If you are not logged in, please login below. If you haven't yet, register. Please supply your username and password in order to log in: I am already logged in??? I saw a section called Administrator Permissions and set all to ON but still no help. Can anyone assist me here? Thank You

Under settings->usergroup permissions, does the admin usergroup have permission to submit links? What url do you see the message at? Have a screenshot?

Hey Paul. Thanks for the reply. I have no clue why, but I as the adminstrator had no permission to submit categories. Anyways thank you . The problems been resolved
