I found this change and easy one as I recall, as I recall, in the languages/default.lng under "nav_separator".

That's the 'languages' section of the admin panel, to be clear. It wouldn't be a good idea to edit language files directly as they'd be rather hard to read.

LOL -- pretty funny -- I overlooked the option in the control panel and have been text-editing the file directly. Thanks for the clarification Paul!
