Is ONLINEID supposed to be the same value as MEMBERID when using the toplist for online users? I'm getting a number that doesnt match. So when the ONLINENAME link is clicked I get The requested page does not exist.

No, {ONLINEMEMBERID} is the member id. That changed a while ago.
