WSN Links script is relatively an excellant script but I found that the default template should be upgraded to a more cool, clean and professional design. Though users can modify the template to suit their own needs and taste but I think many of us definitely want an "above than average" "out of box" template. I think in-link.net and comdevweb.com templates can be used as a "benchmark"!

If you want to magically zap me with artistic taste and skill, do feel free.

LOL Paul ..... I know how you feel!!! It has taken me months of research with color and design to want to show my directory. Even then I may think the design and colors look correct but shit.... what do I know !! Artistically numb, color blind etc....

Why ask for prebuild template if you can do it yourself? The only template files that you really have to design it completely is the wrapper.tpl and main.tpl. The other 48 templates can be done easily. The easiest way to do that is by making modifications to templates used by other web sites which use WSNLinks. I think (absolutely my opinion) scriptoogle.com have the best templates used. It is cool, simple, and professional.

I agree there should be some type of template gallery where people could upload customized WSN templates. The scriptoggle.com template IS sweet! I know the WSN script author is no graphic artist, he's said many times (I'm not one either at all), but I think the default WSN template needs an overhaul. It would be great if the script looked more professional right out of the box. I purchased both WSN Links and Hot Link SQL 3 and I ended up using Hot Links for now. It has less features for sure and not nearly as powerful as WSN but I didn't have to change much to get the look I wanted.

I think some more templates options can increase very much the interest and utility of the script

People regularly suggest that they might sell some, but as far as I know none of them have ever gotten around to it. Though kizer did share his mobile-friendly template set years ago. So anyhow, if you think it's a good idea, make some and sell them and get rich.
