I'm having problems getting to my admin

Everything in the script works fine, but when I log into my "admin" account and click on "Admin Panel" it goes directly to "this page cannot be displayed!

I know for a fact that I uploaded everything, and I double checked that /admin/index.php is uploaded too, is there something that I'm doing wrong? I set the permissions for the entire /admin/ folder to 755, should I change it to something else?

The entire folder means the files in the folder? On many servers, PHP files can only run with 644 permissions.
