If Choosen, require Validation by email. The registred Member recive 2 emails nearly the same time. The first email is the email with the account validation, the second email is the welcome email with user name an password. (Between this emails are only seconds) The Problem is: Many users only click to the second email and try to login. This don't work because the account (email adress) isen't Validated. Then some of the users write Emails to me and ask for validation. Is there are possiblity that, the second welcome email only will be send, after the user have clicked to the aktivation LInk in the email? This will help to reduce problems with user and unvalidated accounts.

The problem is that their real password can't be included at a later time like it is at registration time, because only the encoded version is stored anywhere. The only point at which the real password is known is when it has just been submitted. I'd suggest turning off the registration email and simply including any desired text within the activation email.
