Unfortunately our provider closes his business at end of february. So i have to make backup, download and install WSN again at the new server, restore the backup and i runs again? Is it that easy, or do I have to do more, take care of what? Oida Habara Baden/Vienna, Austria http://x43.at |

Hi I moved server too at the end of last year. I did it two different ways... 1. Just used the admin area to back up, saved it to my local computer. I also saved the config file to my local computer. Then on the new server made a database, uploaded wsnlinks, together with config.php then restored the back up. 2. Through PHPmyadmin exported the database to a file on my local computer. Made a database on the newserver and through phpmyadmin imported. Both ways went smoothly and easily. |
