wen a user submites a link will ther be an option for sponsor and then they can pay is somthing like that going to be avalable for the next version? Thanks.

I dont use it but its in the current version, if you look at a link you have submitted using the default displaylinks.tpl you'll see a "Move your link to the top, sponsor this category" which integrates with paypal and some other payment processor.
