Hey, haven't used wsnlinks in a while.

Let's say I do a search for "pork". For all the results that show up, how can I display a vertical list of all the categories that are in the search result?

Perhaps you need an example or illustration, because what it sounds like you're saying doesn't make much sense to me. Why not do a category search if all you want to list is categories?

Yea, I need to further explain it.

Let's say the person searchers for "animals" and the search results looks something like this:

---Example---

Pork & Beans
Shop here for great pork and beans plus animals.
Main / Shopping / Food

Turtle Town
Nothing but great animals, like turtles.
Main / Animals / Turtles

BirdHouse Watch
Great bird houses for sale for you animal lovers.
Main / Outdoor / Products / Birds

Now, on the left-hand side of that search result, I would like to have a vertical list of all the categories that are in that search result. Which would be:

Shopping
Food
Animals
Turtles
Outdoor
Birds
Products

Having the list display alphanumerically would be nice.

So the search results page would end up looking like this:

|Shopping | Pork & Beans
|Food | Shop here for great pork and beans plus animals.
|Animals | Main / Shopping / Food
|Turtles |
|OutDoors | Turtle Town
|Birds | Nothing but great animals, like turtles.
|Products | Main / Animals / Turtles
| |
| | BirdHouse Watch
| | Great bird houses for sale for you animal lovers.
| | Main / Outdoor / Products / Birds

Page: 1 2 3 4 5 etc

That's not possible in any way I can think of. Maybe a javascript that writes it to the left hand div as it appears in the right hand div.

Making considerable changes to search.php to build a list of involved categories and then display them could do it too of course.

That kind of custom work costs considerably more than a cookie: http://www.wsnlinks.com/?section=customcoding
