I want to generate xml feed in opensearch format but need to create a static rss feed for each category.

1. Could you tell me where to find the template for static page creation (unable to locate) as I need to strip out html and customise.

2. Could you give me the query to specify all links from a category ie rssfeed.php?thecondition=catid=3525 (this currently only outputs 4 links).

3. For reference could you also specify the query needed to show all links ie. rssfeed.php?type=links&number=ALL

Thanks.

1. There is no "template for static page creation" since there are innumerable pages which might be generated statically. The RSS template is labled RSS, but it's dynamic unless you've made static copies on your static file generation page.

2&3) "All" is totally impractical for any sizeable category. You can't show a thousand items on one page. That's why the google map generation works entirely differently from RSS feeds.

Is there a query string I can generate/add to the search URL ie:

..somesite.com/wsnlinks/search.php?filled=1&whichtype=li nks&q=

I want to add opensearch feature to my site but need to drop search terms into the XML eg:

..somesite.com?q={searchTerms}
