Self cleaning forums?

Is it possible to set a forum so that messages are rolled off/expired after a certain number of days? EG: a test forum for users to try WSN codes, attachments, etc.

No, limiting views by days is one of the things I've not implimented even though it's common because I can't guess why anyone would ever use it.

A message testing forum is what I was thinking about but it could be useful for current events and 'chatter' off-topic forums. Along the same lines, it could be useful if a forum could be cycled by a days span or message count -- say "current news" forum has messages over xx days or xx count moved to "archive forum"
