Paul, I would like to suggest the following feature: At E-mails preference: Send email to admin when a link is edited (within all categories). This email containing the edited link url. (This is a different feature than the actual Subscribe to category) This would be very useful when require validation on edits is not activated in order to give speed on edits by users, but allows admin to check directly the link modified at the moment it's being altered. Thank you in advance.

To send an email when there's an edit that requires validation makes sense, and should be automatic if it's not doing it right now. I can't see the point in sending an email to the admin about it when require validation on edits is not activated. So your request is a bit odd.

When you have require validation not activated is important to know what links have being updated directly by users, that's why I strongly believe this feature is important. You can have a classified site or a company directory where each user need access directly to the information he has post. For the users is important to see their updates or changes immediatelly (no require validation) and for the admin is important to see the what have changed at the end of the day (email sent to admin).
