When sending a member an email from their profile page (either as a guest or logged-in) the email does not include the sender's email address and also comes from the admin address so the recipient is unable to reply.

I can't reproduce the problem. It shows me the from address of the member doing the emailing. Sure you don't have the email preference set for sending everything from the admin address?
