Hi, I bought your form a year or more ago - version 1.01. Our ISP has now told us spammers are using it to send out email's from and subsequently our ISP disabled the form. I am now hopping up and down as I don't know how to fix this. Is there any fix that I can add to it? Cheers Suzanne

There was a fix to such a flaw a year or two ago, I recall. Download the current version.
