When I submit a sponsored image, it does not look any different, nor does it change position in my gallery. Is there other code that I need in order to get this to work? Thanks,

It'll look like whatever you choose to make the image type you've selected to promote sponsors to look like: http://scripts.webmastersite.net/wsngallery/manua...
