I just re-installed the script and for some stupid reason I cannot find where to change the {PAGETITLE} so that when {PAGETITLE} shows up my site title shows up. It isn't in languages and so far I can't find it in admin(although I probably overlooked it)

At Settings > System Configuration there's a field where you can enter/change your Page Title.

Also the titles of various particular pages are language items.

I was at system configuration at the "Site Details:
Title and description are used in the RSS feed" section. I put in the title I want but it doesn't take.

Older versions had something else in the title language items that didn't use the value from that page.
