on suggest.php?action=addlink&filled=1
when logged in as member or admin the error shows, when suggesting link as guest, error does not show
removed get meta button since thought that may be involved, but apparently not.
using latest version. did not upgrade, fresh install.
everything else works perfectly except this above.
