When I log into the program on console, all is fine. However from a ws, i get the main page minus the icons on the page and if i click on any link or try to login, i get This Page Cannot Be Displayed. This is a windows Server and I have shared the folder for Everyone Full control as well as set the Security Tab to the same in attempts to correct this. Any Ideas?

What do you mean by "on console" and "from a ws"? It's a PHP discussion forum, so the way to access it should be using a web browser. I don't see how folder sharing relates to anything either.

When I say console I mean the server that is hosting the site. Currently I have this on a XP PC, but want to move it to a Windows 2003 IIS Server. When I say ws, i mean the pc that is trying to connect into the server via a web browser.

Sounds like your Windows XP install has an incorrect directory url or file path specified during setup.
