instead of url/my-cat/my-subcat-name/ I have now just url/7/ which is fine, but I would prefer url/7-my-subcat-name/ (7 is the category number) Can that be achieved with current version? (In other words, I don't want many subfolder levers, only one, and would like it to include the category name.)

No, url/my-cat/my-subcat-name/ and url/7/ are the only options for category names.
