is it possible to let the writers of their links, validate ther links by email like at http://ottawa.kijiji.ca/c-PostAd?ChangeCategory=&GetNeighborhood=&PreviewAd=&ChangePhoto=&ShowTerms=&AddressZip=&action_cancel=&CatId=122&Guid=&action_publish=&Email=&Price=&Description=&AddressCity=&SelectedLeafCat=SelectedLeafCat&Title=&EpsErrorCode=&AddressStreet=&Thumbnail=&Photo= After sending the link or post. Is an Email send to the email adress. After clicking on the link there the Post is validated and shown. Maybe after that validation the admin can do a validation after that. Greetings from Germany

The only point of that, as far as I can see, is to ensure that you get their email. If you want that, why not require them to register and require email validation of registration?

Hi Paul, because the users are lazy, most of them want to do it quick and easy. They want to post their links and nothing more. They won't register. Many links that are suggest with registration have wrong emailadresses. It would be very easy and will cause much more suggestions, If it is possible the easy way. Not only Quick Registration also Quick Link suggestion, with validation of the emailadresses.
