Hi everyone, I was very impressed with GameLinks.com. It's a very well thought out site which I am assuming was built using WSN Links. I want to build something equally inspiring for Links.com. Currenlty I am getting about 50,000 visitors a month, but I would like to increase this number dramatically. So I have a question: 1) What subject do you guys feel is most appropriate for Links.com. Currently, most of my traffic is related to TV, Videos, and Gmaes (general entertainment). 2) Who should I look to to build the site, so that it has quality similar to GameLinks.com. Thanks for your help. Rich |

I'll leave (1) to the marketing types. 2) I believe GameLinks templates were custom-made by the owner using an old WSN Links (3.16), but I have some possible designers listed at http://scripts.webmastersite.net/w...index.php?section=services |

I think you ought to decide first what you want the site to be about taking in due consideration your target market and your motives. Based on a quick glance, you seem to have enough going on there already. Organizing things a bit might help. Edited by Paul on 01/24/08 - 10:14 PM |

Hi, Thanks for the ideas and help everyone. I registered Links.com in 1998, with a company I once owned, but neglected it, until I decided to develop it about a year ago. I have been experimenting with several ideas, but no ideas have really gained traction. Traffic, and repeat visitors are pretty steady. The GameLinks directory seemed reasonable and I thought if I built several directory along these lines, which were dynamic and directed toward the entertainment audience that my site attracts, then I might be able to develop more traffic. If anyone is capable of doing this kind of work, please PM me. Thanks. Rich |
