Hi WSN,
Why is it that when I upload an image called example.png for a thumbnail, it shows up as example.png and thumb_example.png in the attachment folder within my hosting ftp account?
Both file show the same image but it seems like only thumb_example.png is used by WSNLinks and not example.png.
This happened with all the images I upload.. There always the image itself then also another image with a thumb_ extension infornt of it. Is there a reason? Is it a setting i made in the Admin that's causing this? If not can I delete the example.png image safely, which seem to be unused by WSNlinks?
I would like to save my hosting space if possible having double images of the same thing is going to eat up my hosting account pretty quick.

My guesses are .. Paul will more than likely refute or clarify if I'm wrong.
if you wanted people to download the example.png then it would need to stay there .. or if you redid your thumbnail settings the original would need to be there to build the new thumbnail from. the thumb_ is just there to speed things up if you have a page of thumbnails so your php graphics program doesn't have to make them all on the fly each time.
On one of my sites i have a small thumbnail with listings and a larger version on the details page. I'm sure one of those wouldn't work if i deleted the raw image.
