Although i have set in settings not to use the wysiwyg editor, in suggestlink.tpl it shows the button "Switch to wysiwyg editor".

Your user profile you mean? That's just for the default. If you want it off, uncheck the WYSIWYG switch at Admin -> Settings -> Switches.

No, i mean the admin settings, i unchecked the WYSIWYG switch but there is no checking for the 1 in suggestlink.tpl, so it always shows the button.
