Getting an error on autosetup.php after you hit install. Invalid block size : 9Fatal error: temp/wsnlinks is not a directory. Liz

I created an images directory in my new template directory, but now it seems that anywhere the template should be pulling an image from the templates/images_default directory it is instead looking in the templates/newtemplate/images directory.

When trying to speed things up I hard coded a drop down list of sub-categories below catid 32. However, as I am continually adding sub-cats here I have just put in the toplist to produce it again. It is exactly the one I used before v.5.0.21 and it worked perfectly before, however, now it doesn't generate the link correctly, merely putting in 0 for each sub-cat and thus throw a no page here error. Since moving up to v.5 things seem to have got slower. I have been in touch with LQ about this and one thing they suggested was getting rid of suphp - " Your using suphp which is nasty when it comes to resource usage." I can't really remember why you suggested changing to this, but believe I was having a problem when upgrading. Do you think that it would help speed things up by removing suphp? Hi Paul After upgrading to 5.0.15 I received from my site the email notice of updates and see that it has reverted to the default wording. However, when I look at the languages in admin, the {LANG_EMAIL_DIGESTLINKBODY} and {LANG_EMAIL_DIGESTROWLINK} still show my changes! ???

I'm trying to see if there are any "sponsored" listing in a category. I can't figure out how to get something like this to work: Featured Listings [INSERTFILE=linkbit] There are no featured links in this category If there are sponsored links, they show. If there are not any sponsored links, the text does NOT show. I've tried OTHERWISE in place of the ELSE - I really don't understand the difference.. but neither will show the text string.

I have a category that does not allow anybody to submit links. I have Clickthrough to denial page enabled. When somebody clicks on submit link in that category they get the message: " You cannot submit a link yet, you must first upgrade to a sponsored account." Bearing in mind that I don't have sponsored accounts set up on this site.

Hello paul, Question...... When i moved my site from the temp category back to the root i changed the url from mysite.com/1 back to mysite.com as you see the folder i created was 1 but now the weird part. when i logout it uses a meta refresh right...to send me back to the index.php...right? But it sends me to mysite.com/1 Where does that come from? i did a full search but nothings shows up..

I have a site that is still running on 4.1 but I need to move it to a new server so I'd like to setup the new server with the 5.x version. What would be the best way to import the db from the older version into the new? I have tried importing the db via phpmyadmin after a successful install, but when I do that it kills the install.

If someone submits a link with an image, and submits to more than one category, a thumbnail only displays with the listing in thier main category, any alias categories they choose, their thumbnail does not display.

I always used And it always worked great. However, in v.5 it gets stripped down to... Any way we can have this back? or a way round it? Or do I really now have to go through every category and enter custom meta tags? :(

hello paul, today i gambled and lost... i thought why not upgrade as were getting close to 31-12-2008 so i hit the button... that was a mistake... as i dont have big custom things it showed some lines i had to ad to it manualy to aquatic and the default template. surprised as i was it complete got stuck on the aquatic template. it refused to use the default template. When I post a link and the description contains an & symbol, it's breaking the rss feed. Is there a work around or a way to get WSN Links to automagically convert similar characters to their equivalents? eg, & becomes & etc?

I noticed a little while ago that the emails I was getting from this particular site telling me I had links pending validation did suddenly stopped including a hyperlink. The url was in the email, just not as a link. I didn't do anything about it as I was going to upgrade the site to the 5. series and thought that would correct the problem.
