Is it at all possible to make the title field unique? Be great if the title was already in the database to show a page "this is already listed" or something

its not working well on both admin and end-user pages. it can show xxx matching results for "xxxxxx", but no link is displayed. on switch setting, i check both Search and Search in categories. for usergroup setting, i check guest can search. Am I still missing any setting?

i have updated my sites from 4.0.42 to 6.0.19 and tested on subfolder, and everything is working smoothly. however, I manually edited the URLs on the settings from the DB, and changed the paths on config and htaccess, then moved the site to root. I want to disable the submission for one link type but will enable it later. so how can I remove/disable this link type from the selection box on the suggest form? for example, i have 4 link types A B C - disable C and will enable later D Anyone know how to do it? Thanks!

Hi I've just moved my WSN Links to a new server - everything went fine, except I have just noticed that I get a 403 error when I click on 'Submit' button on the add a link page (submit.php). Dear Paul, I seem to be having a problem when using search all on the advanced search page. Regular search or search links works perfectly, but search all is displaying code for the listings, while categories and comments show results perfectly. The template being used has not been modified. Earlier I ran the last update, from 6.0.14 to 6.0.15 and now I not only get the code, but errors are displaying at the top of the page. Any ideas?

Is there a way to make the email field on the contact forms required? I think this is the first time it has happened for me, but somebody didn't fill in their email address, so there is no way they can be contacted! TIA Jill

Hi, I would like to know if it's possible for me to uninstall the software and delete all files from my server. Download a fresh copy and re-install. But I would like to keep all settings and adverts intact etc? How can I do this? I am new to this system, and haven taken over from another web designer.
