Incomplete Left Admin Menu

Only: Members, Link Checkers, Maintenance and Miscellaneous menu items appear. I have a second installation running in a different directory/db without any problem.

Maybe you've set the administrator permissions that way? If you've denied yourself the option of changing admin permissions you can run this query:

UPDATE wsnlinks_members SET adminpermissions = '' WHERE id = [your member id number]
